Our 2024 Mentoring Programme
We are delighted to have launched our 7th WILHK Mentoring Programme.
The programme is running from February 2024 to November 2024, including one-on-one mentoring, an ice breaking and matching event, a kick-off and orientation event, two specially-tailored skills workshops (based on participants’ workshop topic preferences) and networking gatherings.
Welcome to our WILHK Mentoring Programme Class of 2024!
What our alumni say:
“I am now much focused at work and I now take the initiative to have more catch-ups with my partners and to ask for support from them.”
– our 2021 mentee
“I learnt the importance of empathy and striving for things I want. I also started to build up confidence in myself.”
– our 2021 mentee
“I was pleasantly surprised about how open people were to reach out outside of their mentor-mentee relationship to others within the Programme.”
– our 2021 mentor
“Mentoring also works in the “reverse”, where I as mentor get so much inspiration and learn so much from my mentee.”
